How does fully online ATPL theory work?

When it comes to ATPL online, you might be wondering if it's possible to complete the entire program without setting foot in a physical classroom. The answer is YES! However, it's essential to note that not every flight school can offer ATPL courses online; must be authorized to provide 100% distance learning. Many schools still require 10% of the training to be conducted in a traditional classroom setting. But here at Easy-Pilot, we offer a comprehensive 100% online ATPL theory course.

The course: Modular Self-Study Program with Supervised Remote Learning

We offer three different ATPL course to meet the individual needs of student pilots with full-time day jobs who are looking to get into professional flying, as well as airline pilots who are actively on the line and wish to convert their ICAO ATPL licence to a PART-FCL one as fast as possible. We are certified to conduct the mandatory classroom training online via live-webinars, with strict attendance tracking. The webinars are every Saturday.

You can choose between the two most up to date ATPL database providers currently on the market, Aviation Exam and ATPL Questions. We integrated progress-check in both systems to monitor your performance.

For students who are not converting an existing ICAO ATPL licence we also include a fantastic ATPL theory book called the “EASA Professional Pilot Studies by Phil Croucher” furthermore a state-of-the-art CBT and one-on-one sessions with our instructors are also available, depending on which course you decide to enroll in.

It’s important to note that while the exams are the same for everyone, the ATPL course completion requirements laid down by EASA are not, the following hours are required to comply with the current regulations, depending on the licence you hold:

You can start taking exams without finishing the whole course, but to complete the course and attend your last exam sitting the above-mentioned requirements MUST be achieved.

Fast-track exam system:

You can attempt the official exams in any order you want, provided you complete the internal exam for the selected subjects. The only part you are required in person is the official exams with the authority, everything else is done 100% online.
