The type of personal data that we collect from you and process are directly relevant either to the contract between us or the services and/or products that you select to offer you. For our training services we collect your Name, Address, Phone number, Nationality and email.

Personal data that are collected via our website will be used for the purposes mentioned in this Policy.

For users that contact us trough our website, we also store the personal information they provide in the message.

Our company collects the data prior to or during signing of our agreement or in compliance with its contractual obligations, while using our website, when rendering services, when you register to the educational programs, at the center of maintenance and purchase of aircrafts, during receipt of CVs and handling of complaints

Our company does not collect or obtain access -of any sort- to «sensitive» personal data, unless this is required by the type of our offered services, the Law or for grounds of public benefit, unless otherwise provided by Law or the relevant instructions of the CAA.

Where we send your data:

We do not share your Personal Data with third parties, except

  • Public Services that are by Law entitled to have access to such data (CAA, Tax Authorities, Ministry of Interior and Immigration in relation to foreign trainees etc.). In any event, access to your data by the competent authorities will be limited to the absolutely required by law.
  • Revolut Ltd as our payment service provider.

What rights you have over your data:

If you have have left a message on this site, you can request to receive an exported file of the personal data we hold about you, including any data you have provided to us. You can also request that we erase any personal data we hold about you. This does not include any data we are obliged to keep for administrative, legal, or security purposes.

Storage period of personal data:

Following expiration of the storage period, your personal data will be destroyed/ erased from our files and system, in compliance with our Company’s policy, always under the condition that their storage is no longer necessary for the completion of the mentioned purposes.

About our ATO background:

Courses that are not included in our ATO certificate HU.ATO.0087  (such as: Aerobatic Course and Flight Trainings from PPL to CPL) are outsourced to other EASA approved flight school partners. In such cases we inform each client about the related partner school before any connection or any further action would be initiated.
